Dr Chuah graduated with MBChB from the University of Aberdeen in 2001. She undertook her training in Glasgow before joining the London rotation for diabetes and endocrinology training.
About Ling Ling
Dr Chuah graduated with MBChB from the University of Aberdeen in 2001. She undertook her training in Glasgow before joining the London rotation for diabetes and endocrinology training. She pursued her clinical interest in obesity management and undertook obesity training at Imperial Weight Centre, Charing Cross Hospital.
She was awarded MSc in Diabetes and Endocrinology from Kings College London in 2009, and further her research interest in obesity and at Imperial College London. Her research interest is on perioperative management of diabetes patients undergoing bariatric surgery; and the progression of microvascular complications of diabetes patients following bariatric surgery. She was awarded MD for her obesity research at Imperial College London. Her works were presented nationally and internationally, as well as published in peer-reviewed journals. She is also a reviewer for journals.
Dr Chuah is also based at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust.
